Charlyn Clements is a proud third-generation Venice native. After graduating from Venice High School, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida. Following graduation, she returned home to Venice and gained experience across multiple industries before discovering her passion for real estate.
While working toward her real estate license, Charlyn also built a successful career in association management, a field she remained active in for over a decade. Together with her husband, she owned and operated a management company, which they successfully sold in 2024.
For the past ten years, Charlyn has helped individuals and families buy and sell homes throughout Manatee, Sarasota, and Charlotte Counties. In recent years, her focus has shifted toward working with seniors navigating the often complex process of downsizing and transitioning into new living arrangements. Through these experiences, she recognized a significant need for real estate services that offer more comprehensive support than the typical transaction.
Today, Charlyn is dedicated to providing compassionate, full-service real estate solutions tailored to seniors and their families. She is excited to collaborate with Rebecca and their trusted network of professionals to offer elevated care and guidance to clients in Sarasota County and the surrounding communities.

Rebecca Angelo was born and raised in beautiful Venice, Florida, she’s spent her life surrounded by the charm and community that make this area so special. With over 10 years of real estate experience, she brings a deep understanding of the local market and a genuine passion for helping her clients find their next chapter in life.
As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Rebecca’s undergone specialized training to support clients aged 55 and older. She understand the unique challenges that come with downsizing, exploring 55+ communities, or planning to age in place. Her goal is to make each transition as smooth and stress-free as possible, always with patience, compassion, and expertise.
Rebecca’s inspiration for working with seniors began with her grandmother, Betty. Watching her struggle with the emotional decision to leave her longtime home and move into assisted living opened her eyes to how deeply personal and complex this journey can be. Through that experience, Rebecca realized that seniors need more than just a realtor, they need someone who understands the emotional side of the move as well.
That’s how she created the concept for a concierge senior transition service; guiding clients through every step of this important life change, from preparing and selling their home to coordinating the move and settling into their new environment. Her mission is to ensure that every client and family feels supported, cared for, and confident as they move forward.
